Youth Leadership Collier Class of 2026 graduates from program

The Leadership Collier Foundation, an affiliate of the Greater Naples Chamber, is proud to announce the successful completion of the Youth Leadership Collier Class of 2026. The innovative leadership development program concluded with a graduation ceremony on June 12 recognizing the students’ commitment to personal growth, civic engagement and community leadership.
Designed for rising high school seniors in Collier County, Youth Leadership Collier provides participants with an immersive introduction to the people, industries and issues shaping the future of the community. Through a week of hands-on experiences, interactive discussions and behind-the-scenes access to local organizations, students gain valuable insight into leadership and public service.
“Youth Leadership Collier empowers students to see themselves as future leaders and changemakers in our community,” said Kristina Park, president and CEO of the Greater Naples Chamber. “Throughout the program, these students demonstrated curiosity, initiative and a genuine desire to make a difference. We are excited to see how they apply what they have learned to shape the future of Collier County.”
During the program, participants engaged with elected officials, business executives and community leaders while exploring key sectors including local government, healthcare, agriculture, environmental stewardship, human services, commerce, arts and tourism. Students gained firsthand knowledge of the opportunities and challenges facing Collier County and developed a deeper understanding of how leadership can create meaningful impact.
