Associate Leadership Collier applications now open for Class of 2027
The Leadership Collier Foundation, an affiliate of the Greater Naples Chamber, is now accepting applications for the Associate Leadership Collier Class of 2027.
Designed for emerging leaders and professionals ages 21 to 40, ALC provides participants with an in-depth look at the people, organizations and issues shaping Collier County. Through hands-on experiences, behind-the-scenes access and discussions with community leaders, participants gain a broader understanding of local government, education, economic development, the arts and other key sectors that influence the region's future.
“Associate Leadership Collier is more than a leadership program. It's an opportunity for emerging professionals to build meaningful relationships, broaden their perspectives and discover how they can make a lasting impact in our community,” said Kristina Park, president and CEO of the Greater Naples Chamber. “Each class develops a deeper understanding of Collier County while gaining the confidence, knowledge and connections to become our community's next generation of leaders.”
ALC is designed for individuals who are already engaged in their careers and communities and are ready to expand their leadership potential. Throughout the program, participants connect with experienced community leaders, explore some of Collier County's most pressing opportunities and challenges, and develop relationships with fellow emerging professionals.
The Leadership Collier Foundation selects approximately 42 participants each year through a competitive application process designed to build a diverse class representing a variety of industries, backgrounds and experiences. Applications are evaluated based on professional achievements, community involvement and responses to essay questions.
