The Southwest Florida Leadership Institute and Leadership Collier Foundation invite you to the debut of Leadership on Tap- a gathering designed for leaders who enjoy bold ideas as much as good conversation.

Our first topic asks a question most leadership events wouldn't think to put on the agenda: Do Machiavellian traits actually make CEOs more effective...or do they come at a cost?

Moderated by Dr. Meagan Baskin of Florida Gulf Coast University, this session will unpack the research, challenge assumptions, and explore what these traits really mean for modern executives and organizations.
