Tyler P. Fawcett was born and raised in Saint Petersburg, Florida. He is the Production Planning Manager at Arthrex Manufacturing Inc., where he leads demand forecasting, capacity planning, and process optimization to ensure seamless operations. In addition to his full-time role, Tyler shares his expertise as an Adjunct Professor of Introduction to Engineering at Florida SouthWestern State College, mentoring aspiring engineers and fostering practical problem-solving skills in the classroom.

Tyler began his career in Manufacturing Engineering at Arthrex, driving product quality improvements and streamlining production workflows. In 2018, he transitioned into supply chain management, where he introduced Lean and Six Sigma methodologies across multiple departments to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. He is passionate about helping others, whether coaching colleagues to overcome process challenges or guiding students through their first engineering project. As a member of the Leadership Collier Foundation at the Greater Naples Chamber, he’s committed to expanding his impact in Southwest Florida by building strong community connections and driving collaborative, sustainable growth.
