Matthew Morinello is a healthcare executive with Prime Therapeutics, a pharmacy benefit management (PBM) organization reimagining pharmacy benefits. Based in Southwest Florida, he leads national strategy for large employers and public sector clients, focused on improving outcomes through member-centered pharmacy design.
His career began at Hotel Villa Flori in Lake Como, Italy, which shaped his service mindset and global perspective. He later held leadership roles with Hyatt Hotels, where he built a reputation for operational excellence and people-first leadership—qualities that continue to guide his work in healthcare.
Matthew holds a B.S. in Hotel Planning and Control with a Minor in Strategic Management and an MBA in Business Management from Niagara University. He serves as Executive Vice Chair of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, leading its Five-Year Strategic Plan, and sits on the Advisory Council of the Leadership Collier Foundation. A committed supporter of the Immokalee Foundation, he champions opportunities for Florida’s next generation.
He and his fiancée, Grace, have each contributed over 100 volunteer hours to the Gulf Coast Humane Society. They reside in Naples with their cat, Asher.
