Adam Ahmad is the Founder and President of Capital Consulting Solutions and Capital Contractors LLC, two integrated firms headquartered in Naples, Florida, that deliver comprehensive planning, engineering, and construction services. As a licensed General Contractor, Professional Engineer, and Certified Planner, Adam brings a unique ability to guide projects seamlessly from concept through completion.
Over the course of his career, Adam has partnered with leading municipalities, school districts, and special districts across Southwest Florida, including Collier County, Lee County, Babcock Ranch, the Seminole Tribe of Florida, and multiple educational institutions, to deliver high impact infrastructure, community, and facility projects. His portfolio ranges from large scale roadway, utility, and drainage improvements to parks, schools, sports complexes, and civic facilities, designed to strengthen communities and enhance quality of life.
Adam is known for his hands on leadership style, technical expertise, and commitment to client service. He leverages cutting edge project management tools, innovative design practices, and strategic stakeholder engagement to ensure that each project meets performance, budget, and sustainability goals.
In addition to his professional work, Adam is actively engaged in civic leadership through the Leadership Collier Class of 2026, where he contributes to shaping the region’s future through collaboration, mentorship, and community service.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys playing and coaching soccer, competing in pickleball, and spending time with his family in Naples.
